VEMS Genboard V3 ECU

The flagship product of the suite of VEMS products is our V3 Genboard ECU. This ECU was developed from hours and hours of engineering and testing. The final product is nothing short of a wonder of modern electrical design. This ECU can work with virtually any gasoline engine on the market. The list of standard features of our ECU is above and beyond our competitors and we know our system is one of the most versatile available.

We are continually develop our ECU and take input from all our distributors, users and engineers in order to provide you with the best solution available in the industry.

Our ECU takes data from the following standard factory sensors:

Oxygen;
VR or Hall;
Knock;
Manifold pressure (MAP);
Coolant temperature (CLT);
Intake Air Temperature (IAT);
Throttle Position (TPS);
Exhaust back pressure;
Fuel pressure sensor and;
Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT).

Our ECU comes equipped with the additional following features:

Idle stepper driver;
Dual trigger options (VR - Audi Trigger or HALL);
Onboard wideband controller;
Ability to control either coils or wasted spark modules;
Can control 2 - 12 cylinders, fully sequential or batch fired;
CNC'd anondized aluminium case with weather resistant gaskets;
Two Econoseal seal connectors (36 pins and 18 pins);
Tuning available via software or by optional LCD output and keyboard interface;

These are just some of the extras you can add to your ECU to customize it for your engine:

LCD panel output and keyboard input (for tuning);
Onboard MAP sensor either 250 kps or 400 kpa with standard pneumatic connector;
Onboard EGT - includes EGT cable directly from ECU;
Onboard Knock - includes pinout in Econoseal connector.
