Joanna is a composer and guitarist who has the ability to make music learning fun and personally tailored to the needs of her students.
With previous guitar students at the bART Center for Music and at her home studio, she guided her group guitar classes and private lessons through learning games, structured practice times, and personalized lesson plans.
She loves teaching the guitar in fun, new ways for kids, and her students often find the joy learning the guitar as a result. Joanna’s curiosity and love for music teaching constantly leads her to try to expand these experiences with new students, especially those at VEMS!
